Use this form to report an inaccuracy in MediaFrame's analysis, request contextualisation of a claim, or request removal of content. All requests are logged, reviewed, and responded to within 30 days.

What we can address

• Correction — a factual error in a synthesised summary or analysis (e.g., wrong attribution, wrong date, mischaracterised source position)
• Contextualisation — a claim that is technically accurate but lacks important context, nuance, or qualification
• Removal — content that should not appear (e.g., private-individual data included in error; legally defamatory material)

Note: MediaFrame surfaces publicly available text from government agencies, think tanks, and official publications. We can correct our analysis of that text; we cannot alter the underlying source documents. If the source document is incorrect, please contact the publisher directly.

Review criteria and process

1. Acknowledgement — we will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
2. Review — we assess whether the claim is (a) factually wrong, (b) missing context, or (c) should not appear. For removal requests, we consider legal and ethical obligations.
3. Actions available — correction of the analysis text, addition of a contextualisation note, removal of the specific content, or a reasoned declination with explanation.
4. Response — we will notify you of the outcome within 30 days of receipt.
5. Appeal — if you disagree with our decision, you may escalate by email to contact@mediaframe.me.

Decision log

An anonymised summary of correction requests received and their outcomes is maintained as an internal record. For transparency enquiries, contact contact@mediaframe.me.
